Arya was an early investor in Gemini, Strong U and Rangers Protocol.

Based in Silicon Valley, Francis brings over 9 years of experience in M&A, capital raising, investment and corporate strategy. He was a technology investment banker, and an active investor in crypto mining, EdTech and cannabis industry.

Francis currently serves on the board of Mercurity Fintech Holding Inc. (Nasdaq: MFH).
